What do you enjoy about financial planning?
I love the creativity when deciding investment options, especially when building a portfolio. As well as the opportunities than can be created for clients. Knowing that we can have a positive impact on someone’s life through improving their livelihood and reducing their stress when thinking about their financial situation.
What is the best piece of financial advice you have been given?
“Don’t save what is left after spending, rather, spend what is left after saving.”
What are your hobbies or interests?
On the weekends I am usually researching investments, or hanging out with friends at the beach. I also enjoy cooking, reading and playing the guitar; and I like to keep myself fit at the gym.
What are your goals for the future?
I would like to run/own my own investment fund. Being able to have control over investments is something I find very interesting and enjoyable. I would like the opportunity to decide between which companies to invest in for the best returns.
I would also like to be a financial planner, and give people the ability to live a life that they want, and not be restricted by poor investments.
